Conducts counseling and soldier development, maintains accountability of over $150,000 in equipment.

JUN 2001 - JUL 2002 Served as an Instructor/Writer responsible for training Chemical Opations Specialist, for BNCOC, ANCOC and Advanced Officers on the smoke generator system, instructs technical and tactical aspects of smoke operations, establishes POL yard and refueling operations, tank and pump unit, and uses of flame field expedients. Reviews, updates, and writes 10 lesson plans. Maintains 2 tanks pump units, 6 smoke generator systems valued in excess of $2,000,000 dollars.

AUG 2000 – JUN 2006 Performs duties as unit NBC NCO for Company of over a strength of 160 soldiers. Assists the Commander with the establishment and execution of the unit’s chemical defense plan. Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of $70,000 worth of Chemical equipment and the training of unit individual and collective tasks.
